Economist from the Universidad la Gran Colombia with extensive experience in international trade, specialist in International Trade from the University of Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
He has been an official of the National Tax and Customs Directorate, DIAN, Subdirectorate of Customs Technical Management – Tariff Coordination and Subdirectorate of Foreign Trade Management.
He is an expert in tariff classification of goods, foreign trade taxation, tariff splits and deferrals. Expert in Customs Regime processes: Import – Export – Customs Transit. University professor and lecturer on these topics.
