In his professional career working for national entities such as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, the Superintendence of Companies and the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, he has focused his practice on foreign trade matters, particularly on trade remedies measures, in administrative investigations related to business groups and consumer protection, the latest, with emphasis on telecommunications. In turn, he has advised companies in the health sector on corporate issues. 

Therefore, he has experience in administrative procedures, in the negotiation of chapters of trade remedies measures in international trade agreements, and in legal defense before national and international organizations, such as the Council of State and the World Trade Organization ( WTO).
